Marci, the service manager reached out to me due to a negative review I posted earlier that same day. She took the time to listen to my frustration’s, and did not try to make any excuses whatsoever. Without going into all the details, she asked me if I would give her a chance to remedy things, so I gave her the chance. Marci went above and beyond my expectations, and then went even further. She always followed up with me in a timely manner, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. After everything was said and done, I was very impressed with Marci, and feel confident in recommending Sun City Golf Carts to anyone who needs parts, service or a brand new golf cart.
